Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted with Express Mail shipping methods selected will ship within 1-3 business days.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

INTERNATIONAL
The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred during shipment, which may be required by the courier to release the package. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. These totals are levied by the shipment location's government and are not affiliated or charged by kealohajewelry.com. Returned or refused packages will be refunded less any incurred shipment costs and/or unpaid taxes and duties, plus a 15% restocking fee. Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information and/or local tax estimates before purchase.

Shipping timelines indicated below, are approximate. This does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).
The shipping fee is non-refundable.
Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Ke Aloha Jewelry does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Ke Aloha Jewelry is not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Flat Rate Shipping: We offer $9 flat rate shipping to USA for orders under $100.

Refunds Policy

Please go on our Return and Exchange Portal and follow our Refund Policy Guidelines below prior to returning any items. Sale items, customized jewelry, stamped jewelry, and special orders are Final Sale.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery date.

We will be glad to offer a full refund, minus all shipping costs. Returns must be postmarked within 30 business days of delivery date for a full refund, less shipping. Returns must be in original, unworn condition, including all packaging, and shipped in the same or similar manner as was received. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. We process returns within 5 business days from the day we receive your package. Please keep in mind that holidays and special events may result in longer processing times. You will receive an email notification as soon as your return is processed.

Return condition

Please note that all returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. All Ke Aloha Jewelry branded gift bags, boxes, and packaging must also be included.

Returns received in less than new condition will not be eligible for a refund, and the cost of return shipping for these items will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Store Credit, etc). If the original payment method is unavailable or cancelled, the return balance will be issued as a store credit. Return and original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if they were initially waived as part of a promotion.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in new/unworn condition.

Cancellations / Damages

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us at help@kealohajewelry.com. When reaching out, include your full name, order number, and specific request. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please review our Terms and Conditions prior to purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at help@kealohajewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Order Process

01. Orders are processed in 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

02. Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

03. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at help@kealohajewelry.com We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

04. Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order, less shipping cost if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

05. After orders are processed and shipped, delivery time is largely based on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on US orders of $100 and over

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped in 2-4 business days. Delivery time is largely based on your location, however most US orders are delivered within 3-7 business days with standard shipping.

How will my order be shipped?

We use the USPS for all of our US and International shipping needs. For some larger and/or remote International orders, we use UPS.

What are your shipping costs?

Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please see the the Shipping Options table above for more information on costs.

I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us at help@kealohajewelry.com as soon as possible if you need to change your address. If your order has not been shipped, we can usually update the address.
