Marcia I ordered this lovely grouping of three chains for my mother for her birthday. The package arrived on time, but unfortunately, only the middle chain with the single shell was included the collar of shells, and the longer chain with the single shell was not in there, so I only got one necklace, but I got two empty boxes to go with the third box that had the only chain quite disappointed. I have emailed them, so hopefully they will send the entire order to my mother again and if so, then I will change my review as the quality of what I received was excellent I was hoping to have purchased more items from the store but at this point in time I will not be until I hear from them
