Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Special events, promotions, and holidays may result in longer processing time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping to USA for orders $35 and above.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer $5 flat rate shipping to USA for orders under $35.

Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information and/or local tax estimates before purchase. 

Refunds Policy

Please go on our Return and Exchange Portal and follow our Refund Policy Guidelines below prior to returning any items. Sale items, customized jewelry, stamped jewelry, and special orders are Final Sale.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of order date. We will be glad to offer a full refund, minus shipping costs. Returns must be postmarked within 30 business days of order date for a full refund, less shipping. Returns must be in original, unworn condition, including all packaging, and shipped in the same or similar manner as was received. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We process returns within 5 business days from the day we receive your package. Please keep in mind that holidays and special events may result in longer processing times. You will receive an email notification as soon as your return is processed.

All items must be unworn and in their original condition.  

Ke Aloha Jewelry branded gift bags, boxes, and packaging must be included with all returns.


Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Store Credit, etc). If the original payment method is unavailable or cancelled, the return balance will be issued as a store credit. Original shipment fees and return shipment fees are non refundable. 


Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in new/unworn condition.


Please contact us at if you would like to cancel or modify an order. Please include your full name, order number, and request in the email. And, while it is not a guarantee, we will do our best to accommodate your request.  

Please review our Terms and Conditions before purchase. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

    Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

    After orders are processed and shipped, delivery time is largely based on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on US orders of $35 and over and Canada orders of $180 and above.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped in 2-5 business days.
Delivery time is largely based on your location, however most US orders are delivered within 3-10 business days with standard shipping.

How will my order be shipped?

We use the USPS for all of our US and International shipping needs.
For some larger and/or remote International orders, we use UPS.

What are your shipping costs?

Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please see the the Shipping Options table above for more information on costs.

I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us at as soon as possible if you need to change your address.  If your order has not been shipped, we can usually update the address.
