I'm coming to Maui, do you have a store I can check out while I'm there?

While we do not have a brick and mortar, we do offer our pieces to a limited number of stockists throughout Hawaii and beyond. Please check out our list of Stockists to find out if there is a store near you.

If I place an order, can I pick it up at your studio instead of shipping it?

Sorry! Due to time constraints, we do not do local pickups.
Orders are shipped in 2-5 business days.

Can you include a message with my order?

Absolutely! Just leave instructions during checkout, and we will include a message with your order.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

While we cannot gift wrap, all orders arrive in style with Ke Aloha Jewelry branded packaging guaranteed to make anyone smile.

How long will my order take to get here?

Orders are shipped in 2-5 business days.
Delivery time is largely based on your location.

My package has been delayed! Can you help speed things along?

The fastest way to resolve delivery issues is to contact the courier directly.
Weather and other unavoidable delays can't be helped, but the courier's representatives can assist in other circumstances.

I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us at info@kealohajewelry.com as soon as possible if you need to change your address.  If your order has not been shipped, we can usually update the address.

I have a store and would love to carry your line. Do you do wholesale?
