The piece/color/size I want is sold out. Do you have any more? 

While we do our best to keep our store fully stocked, unfortunately items sell fast and it is sometimes difficult to keep up!  Please continue to regularly check back for your favorite items; chances are, everyone else has the same great taste as you! 

I'm coming to Maui, do you have a store I can check out while I'm there?

Sorry, we don't.  All items must be purchased through our online store.  Please feel free to contact us at info@kealohajewelry.com if you have any questions about any particular piece.

If I place an order, can I pick it up at your studio instead of shipping it?

Sorry! Due to time constraints, we do not do local pickups.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept domestic and international Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards as well as PayPal.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

While we cannot gift wrap, all orders arrive in style with Ke Aloha Jewelry branded packaging guaranteed to make anyone smile. :)

Can you include a message with my order?

Absolutely!  Just leave instructions during checkout, and we will include a hand written notecard with your order.

Where is my order? I really need it! 

It's coming!  Check out your shipment notification email for tracking details.  If you haven't received a shipment notification email, your order is still being made in our studio.  We promise it will go out soon!

How long will my order take to get here?

Orders are shipped in 5-7 business days.  Delivery time is largely based on your location.  Please click the Shipping button on the bottom of this page for more details.

Can I add an item, change, or cancel my order? 

Please contact us at info@kealohajewelry.com if you would like to cancel or modify an order.  Include your full name, order number, and request in the email.  And, while it is not a guarantee, we will do our best to accommodate your request(s)!    

Can I return my order? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will be glad to offer a full refund, minus shipping costs. Returns must be postmarked within 10 business days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping. Returns must be in original, unworn condition, including all packaging, and shipped in the same or similar manner as was received. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

When will my return be processed?  

Returns are generally processed within 5 business days from when we receive your package.  Processing times may be longer during holidays and special promotions. You'll receive an email as soon as your return is processed.

My credit card won't go through.

We recommend checking with your credit card's issuing bank to confirm the 1) the billing information, 2) available balance, and 3) any security limitations. They are generally able to locate the problem quickly. 

Do you accept gift cards? 

Yes! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Ke Aloha Jewelry gift cards!

My package has been delayed!  Can you help speed things along?

The fastest way to resolve delivery issues is to contact the courier directly. Weather and other unavoidable delays can't be helped, but the courier's representatives can assist in other circumstances.

I have a store and would love to carry your line.  Do you do wholesale?
