Terms & Conditions

Shipping/Packaging

We use USPS for all our shipping needs. FedEx, UPS, DHL, and any other courier service is not available.


Invoices are sent out with International orders only. If you are a US buyer and would like an invoice, please request one during checkout.


All items arrive wrapped (unless otherwise noted) in Ke Aloha Jewelry branded packaging ready for gift giving.

Refunds/Returns

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer active, a refund will be issued in the form of a store credit voucher. 


Gift vouchers and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund. 


Returned to sender, refused, or undeliverable packages will be processed as a return for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee and incurred shipment costs.


We are unable to reroute packages or modify addresses once your package has shipped. 

Liability

Ke Aloha Jewelry is not liable for USPS errors, misplaced or stolen parcels, or shipment errors due to inaccurate address information provided during checkout. Please contact USPS directly for these and other delivery related issues. 


The customer/recipient is responsible for ALL duties and taxes incurred during shipment, which may be required by the courier to release the package. These totals are levied by shipment location's government and are not affiliated or charged by kealohajewelry.com. Returned or refused packages will be refunded less any incurred shipment costs and/or unpaid taxes and duties AND a 15% restocking fee. Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information and/or local tax estimates before purchase.


Damaged or defective merchandise will be assessed by the Ke Aloha Jewelry team. If the damage is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the merchandise at no additional cost to the customer. This excludes variations due to the handmade process.

Shipping Refunds

All shipping costs are non-refundable.


We are unable to refund shipment and/or customs fees for delayed, misplaced, stolen, or returned parcels. Please contact USPS for more information on how to recoup these costs. 

Non-Refundables

Custom orders INCLUDING personalized, bridal orders, hand stamped, and initial jewelry are all FINAL SALE.

Termination

We may terminate user access to the site (or any part of it) at any time without reason and without notice.   


We are committed to protecting your personal information. Ke Aloha Jewelry will never reveal your personal details to any third parties, nor are we privy to any of your credit card information (all transactions are facilitated by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Apple Pay).


Ke Aloha Jewelry is a registered, verified website that ensures your information will be kept private at all times. To make your shopping experience as safe and secure as possible, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You can verify this by noting that the URL on our checkout page begins with 'https:' rather than 'http'.


We promise to only collect information that is necessary for processing your order, and contacting you regarding your order should the situation arise. At anytime, you can modify or delete your personal details by logging into your account.


Ke Aloha Jewelry takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Information that it holds from interference, misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. Ke Aloha Jewelry takes reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify any Personal Information that is no longer needed for any purpose. However, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded due to the operation of statute, we exclude all liability (including in negligence) for the consequences of any unauthorized access to your personal information. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security.


Sometimes we use third party platforms and services to process sales, store and analyze data and information, provide web support, send marketing messages, deliver products or otherwise deliver information. These services are hosted and managed by organizations other than ourselves, and some of these services are hosted overseas.


We will only send email correspondences to confirm your order or to update you with news or special offers. At any time, you can opt out of our email correspondences by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
